Coco’s Collection/Terese Intimates has been a successful wholesaler serving the domestic and international markets since 1998. We are a complete adult wholesaler offering a wide selection of adult toys, costumes, dvd’s, lingerie, as well as novelties. Great selections, low prices, and customer satisfaction are our most important priorities and we are committed to keeping it that way.
Registering Your Company
It is very important to register your company when prompted on the website. Firstly, it is the only way to receive the password to view prices and larger images. Secondly, it gives you the opportunity to be notified via e-mail about our monthly specials prior to it being posted on the website. However, this does not obligate you to purchase. You are free to roam the site and view the many wonderful products we have on display at your leisure. We are just happy you took the time to come see us!
Shipping
Minimum Shipping Cost:
USA: $20.00 (Orders less than $100 is subject to $25 Minimum Shipping Charge)
International: $95.00. (Please keep this in mind when ordering)
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 - 72 hours. USA – Please allow 1 – 7 days from the day of shipment for your package(s) to arrive depending on your location. International – Please allow 7 – 14 days from the day of shipment for your package(s) to arrive. Certain items if on backorder may require an additional 5 – 7 business days. You will be notified immediately if that is the case or a substitute could be provided with your approval.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday with the exception of Federally recognized US-Holidays. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping, unless special arrangements have been approved by management.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. No COD’s or partial payments are allowed unless pre-approved by management. Coco's Intimates, Inc makes it real easy to pay with several methods available:
Cash, Wire Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal, or Credit Cards
PayPal: Coco's Intimates, Inc is 100% Certified/Verified with PayPal. After placing your order and receiving your total plus shipping cost you can make your payment through PayPal. Simply visit PayPal’s website http://www.paypal.com/ and then make full payment to our account: classics@cocosintimates.com. PayPal will then e-mail you a confirmation of your payment and Coco's Intimates as well.
Wire Transfer: A common method used by many international customers. This is very easy to initiate by you the customer and for us to receive. Note: There is an additional $15 charge for this service to be added to your payment. Once the full amount is received we will notify you via e-mail of its receipt.
Western Union/MoneyGram: We accept both Western Union as well as MoneyGram. Simply visit either of them most convenient for you in your area and send the full amount of your order. Note: There is an additional $15 charge for this service to be added to your payment. Once you have sent the full amount, contact us via e-mail or telephone with the money transaction number.
Credit/Debit Cards: At Coco's Intimates we accept all major credit/debit cards. Payment is to be made in full if you are using a credit/debit card. A valid card is to be used and a credit card authorization form will be sent to you to complete, sign and return to Coco's Intimates prior to completing transaction(s). While placing your order the full card number is to be entered, along with the expiration date followed by the CVV code.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects within five (5) days of receipt of goods. All returns must be in unused condition – not used, tried-on, worn, displayed or taken to any other location for resale. No exchanges for size or color as we do not sell for your own personal use. We are wholesalers selling to resellers only. We do not sell on consignment. All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER & THAT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. AUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE INSPECTED AND IF THEY MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA THEY WILL BE CREDITED ONLY FOR MERCHANDISE, not any shipping charge that was incurred by buyer and must be returned in the same condition and in the original wrappings as shipped by Coco's Intimates, Inc, it’s employees or any agents thereof.
Seasonal, liquidated or final sale items are NON-RETURNABLE. Shipping cost is non-refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee on all returnable merchandise.
